DENIM SKIRT FROM TIBI

by Renia Jaz

Skirts have never been the basis of my wardrobe. Usually I have exactly one that I was going for… something very simple and classic that would go with any possible outfit. However, for several seasons I’ve been noticing some changes in myself regarding the proportion of skirts in my wardrobe. I’ve been asking myself what caused this change…
Perhaps I “matured”? Or maybe I have started to finally appreciate their roles when creating a look? Maybe my style has evolved towards a more feminine one? or maybe it’s skirts that have changed so much that they are no longer just an ordinary element of an outfit, but instead they have become its main, most interesting and the most visible ingredient.
The best example of how fun and unique a skirt can be is my today’s outfit … the skirt from Tibi plays here the first violin and the other elements are very simple, and basic, because with such a skirt you don’t need anything else. You can find lots of unique and beautiful skirts in high street stores such as TopShop, H&M, Mango and Zara. Most importantly it’s not only about the shape of the skirt but also about it’s pattern – so don’t be scared to reach for polka dot, floral or leopard print.
