Life is not just epic moments day by day. Life is also ordinary stuff, like every morning brewing coffee, waking up your closest or doing grocery shopping around the corner. And this is such a beautiful side of your life, only if you can celebrate those little things!
I am - since childhood – under continues impression and influence of Japanese culture. Maybe this is why I am so into the being here and now, focusing on presence (I’m not saying I do it well, what I mean is rather that I am well aware of importance of mindfulness). Maybe this is also why I’m still digesting newest novel of polish writer – Joanna Bator – called ‘Purezento’, where the author concentrates the plot around the art of kintsugi (Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold).
Considering this – I also decided to put some gold powder in my – sometimes broken (but still loved!) – mornings and this time I will get (always) missing lemon in incredibly comfy OOTD – my beige-gold culottes, silk shirt (awesome Rosemunde!) and fluffy slippers (they extend the feeling of slow start into the day!). Ups – do not forget your sardine bag!
