I’ve always walked away from maxi dresses as they make me feel smaller if that is even possible! In the past you will never see me looking through maxi dresses, however, I have spotted so many beautiful pieces online and now I am starting to see the appeal. Second to that is the fact that so many beautiful midi dresses, look maxi on me, like this one from MAX&Co. (here), comes in blue as well (here). I was so taken with the luxurious material, the ruffled sleeve detail and the side lacing that I couldn’t make myself return it. Stepping on the dress and stair tripping in many more wears later haven’t made me regret my decision! In fact the other day I discovered another brand called LoveShackFancy that makes such wonderful, whimsical designs like this maxi piece (here) and (here) that I had to immediately add to my cart!

You will always see me wearing my straw bag from La Petite Sardine bag (here) nowadays, last seen (here) and (here). It is so easy to carry around and fits with most of my summer clothes, which makes dressing up in the morning so much easier. Although my beach holidays are over, this bag (here) I found at Asos makes the perfect beach bag and why not carry it with you in the city, to add some color to your outfit.
