Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via CTT registered mail with tracking number and drop-off with required signature, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If shipping address was inputted correctly or you'd like to amend the information please contact Customer Service immediately. Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

Delivery time includes processing and delivery. 

Processing time : 1-3 business days processing time from Portugal

Portugal: 1-2 business days

Spain: 3-4 business days

United Kingdom: 6-8 business days

United States: 15-30 business days

Europe: 8-15 business days

Italy:  10-15 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 15-25 business days

China: 15-25 business days

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs.

All returns and claims must be authorized by by email within 10 days after receiving the items.

Refunds are made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise.  

We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, customs, damage in transit. 

After we receive the items, allow 1-7 business days for refund to post.

Customer is responsible for the shipping fee and/or additional costs incurred from shipment.

The order can be sent back using your carrier of choice. 

For International Orders please be sure you declare RETURN FOR GOODS - free of cost. Always send your invoice and order number with the return.
